Been there last week; the submarine was closed as the paint wasnt dry, the simulators they had (some flight sim and some ground to air gun type of thing) were out of order, the information on the touchscreens inside is currently mostly only available in Eesti keel (English and Russian are soon to follow) and part of the screens were out of order entirely. Apart from that we still had a good time and i would certainly recommend a visit.
