This Week's Weather: Stable and Reliably Pleasant, Except for Wednesday
Highs are expected to be from 19-24 C during the daytime and 10-16 C at night throughout this week, with a few showers some afternoons. However, according to the latest from the Meteorology and Hydrology Institute, a front will move across the country on Wednesday, bringing extensive showers that will linger into the evening.
Tuesday is the best bet for completely dry conditions, while the warmest weather will be seen today, with inland highs up to 26 C. There will be more cloud cover on Wednesday and Thursday.
Winds will be around 14-25 kph most days, out of the west or northwest.
Water temperatures are now ideal, with the sea finally reaching 20 C in many places. Water temperature in many of the shallow wading areas has been higher, with lakes tending to be 23-24 C and river-fed bathing areas a mite cooler.
