The four new cases of coronavirus infections registered in Latvia in the last two days are related to trips to Sweden and Russia, a spokesman for the Center for Disease Control and Prevention said on Sunday.

The Latvian health authorities reported one new infection on Sunday and three on Saturday. One of them is related to travel to Sweden. The other three, however, are infections from contacting people who have visited Russia.

In addition to Russia and Sweden, infections related to Ukraine have been confirmed in the last two weeks.
