Agency: Main roads slippery, small roads impassable
Road conditions are still difficult across Estonia on Monday morning, the Transport Administration has said.
Main roads are slippery and smaller roads may be impassable to cars due to snow.
The agency reminds drivers that it is still snowing, below zero degrees and that bigger distances should be left between vehicles.
