Agriculture Ministry Overcharged by Board Game Dealer
Five-hundred "Agricola“ board games purchased by the Ministry of Agriculture will cost 4,500 euros more than if the taxpayer had bought the same items from the marketer's online store.
The Ministry is buying the board games for 22,050 euros to promote farming and countryside life among the youth.
Brain Games Ltd. won the procurement organized for publishing the Estonian language version of the game. The ministry is buying each game for 44 euros, but the going retail price is 35 euros, wrote Eesti Päevaleht.
