On Aug. 8, financial field veteran Kaarel Ots will join the Nasdaq Tallinn Board of Directors as Chairman.

Before Ots, Nasdaq Tallinn was headed by Rauno Klettenberg, who resigned from his position on June 30.

He has previously worked for eight years in several positions for UniCredit Bank, including deputy branch manager and director of the corporate banking department. Ots has also been a member of the board of directors of Estonian finance sector cluster organization FinanceEstonia since its creation in 2012.
