BMX and skateboarding fest Simple Session kicks off this weekend
Estonia's internationally renowned BMX and skateboarding competition Simple Session celebrates its 15th anniversary with a brand new location and biggest names in the business.
This year, 180 top athletes from 30 countries will compete in the Tondiraba Hall on April 18-19. The line-up includes four time Simple Session winner, BMX rider Drew Bezanson from Canada.
Bezanson and Zack Yankushi, aka Catfish, a long-term commentator of the contest, gave an interview to ERR's Radio 2, which you can watch below.
"Simple session is literally the best contest in the world and we see it by the amount of riders that are here," Yankushi said, adding that it's the overwhelming atmosphere and the energy of the event that draws people in and makes the pros come back to Tallinn year after year.
The skate and BMX finals will be broadcast live on RedBullTV.
