During March, Tallinn institutions will work according to the "red scenario" to limit the spread of Covid-19. All services will be provided to clients, but contact will be minimized between employees.

Mayor Mihhail Kõlvart (Center) said the city is implementing the measures to reduce the risk of coronavirus infection in the workplace and many staff members will start working remotely.

During physical meetings with citizens or colleagues in the city organization, all participants must use personal protective equipment.

"Despite the extensive spread of the coronavirus, we must ensure the availability of the city services and keep the service halls open. If a service can be applied for electronically, we recommend that users of the service prefer this to other means," said Kõlvart.
