Elisa brings Starman services under own brand
Finnish telecommunications group Elisa, who acquired Estonian cable and internet operator Starman in 2016, has ended the Starman trademark and brought the services of Starman under its own brand.
All Starman products and services will from now on be provided under the Elisa brand, and invoices for them will be sent out by Elisa Teleteenuste AS, Elisa said on its website.
For services of Elisa, customers will be invoiced by Elisa Eesti AS for the time being.
Elisa closed all offices of Starman and started serving Starman clients at its own offices already on Jan. 1 this year.
All clients of Starman are clients of Elisa as of Jan. 1, 2018 and can buy Elisa services at subscriber prices.
Elisa bought the Estonian business of Starman in December 2016 for €151 million.
Elisa Eesti AS had a revenue of €99.3 million, AS Starman a revenue of €39.5 million in 2016.
