LSM: Latvia extends 'essential travel only' restrictions until April
The Latvian government has extended travel restrictions that bars all but essential travel to Latvia until April, public broadcaster LSM reported on Thursday.
Initially, the restriction was set to end on February 25, but has now been extended until April 6.
Latvia can only be entered for urgent and essential reasons, such as employment, training, studies, family, medical services, transit, accompanying a minor, to return permanently, or attend a funeral.
Anyone entering Latvia must fill out an online questionnaire on the covidpass.lv website.
