Tallinn's Christmas Market to open on Friday
On Friday, at 5 p.m. on the Town Hall Square, the lights of the Christmas tree will be lit and this year's Christmas market will open.
The Christmas market in the Old Town will start on Nov. 15 and close on Jan. 7, and was last year voted the Best in Europe by European Destinations website, newspaper Õhtulet reported.
A new feature this year will be Christmas tours of the Old Town on Sunday afternoons in Estonian, English, and Russian which will start at the Christmas tree and there will be a cultural program on weekends.
