Monday marks 32 years since the sinking of the Estonia ferry. A memorial service and wreath laying were held at the disaster's monument in Tallinn.

The Estonia ferry sank on September 28, 1994, while traveling from Tallinn to Stockholm. Of the 989 people aboard, only 137 survived.
