Members of Tallinn's City Center district government dressed well-known monuments in blue, black and white scarves to celebrate independence day.

On Tuesday, former prime minister Jüri Ratas (Center) and the governor of the City Center Monika Haukanõmm helped to decorate the city's statues of important government and cultural figures.

The map below shows which monuments have been given a scarf for the occasion of Estonia's 103rd birthday.
