More than 260 Ukrainian citizens were evacuated from Estonia to Kyiv via two charter flights on Sunday, Ukrainian Ambassador to Estonia Mariana Betsa wrote on social media.

"54 Ukrainian citizens flew to Ukraine today with a charter SkyUp Airlines flight via Oslo-Tallinn-Kyiv," Betsa tweeted.

A second charter flight flying directly between Tallinn and Kyiv brought the total number of evacuated Ukrainian citizens to 264, she added late Sunday night, noting that a flight from Kyiv to Tallinn that evening carried Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian citizens to Tallinn as well.
