The Office of the President is requesting an additional €865,031 from the Ministry of Finance to cover the costs of the Estonian Human Development Report and ICT development between 2022-2025.

Various license fees will cost €24,000 and €80,000 will be set aside for administration.

Additionally, €25,000 will be used to test the citizen initiative portal rahvaalgatus.ee.

The president's office is also asking for a total of €115,000 for the publication of the Estonian Human Development Report in 2020/2023 so editors' salaries can be increased.
