Estonian flag carrier Nordica announced on Thursday that the Danish capital of Copenhagen will be added to the airline's list of destinations beginning next spring.

Nordica marketing and communications manager Toomas Uibo said that flights to Copenhagen will launch on April 27, with 11 departures scheduled per week.

Flights from Tallinn to Copehagen will depart at 7 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., while flights from Copenhagen to Tallinn will depart at 1:30 p.m. and 7:40 p.m.

Copenhagen Airport, Kastrup, is one of the largest airports in Scandinavia, serving approximately 30 million passengers per year — more than twice as many as Helsinki-Vantaa Airport, for example.
