Swimming not recommended at Tartu's Anne Kanal
A red flag is currently flying at Tartu's Anne kanal and swimming is not recommended, the city council said on Friday.
The level of bacteria in the water does not make it safe for bathing, the council said in a statement.
More tests will be carried out next week.
