Free Party and Biodiversity Party merger officially agreed ({{contentCtrl.commentsTotal}})

On Thursday, the general assemblies of the Estonian Free Party and the Biodiversity Party approved a merger agreement previously signed by the boards giving The Estonian Party for the Future (TULE) a legitimate basis.

In a joint statement, Heiki Lill, former leader of the Estonian Free Party, and Lauri Tõnsporg, former member of the board of the Biodiversity Party, said the coronavirus crisis has shown the fragility and vulnerability of Estonia's current technological civilization and the need to re-evaluate and reorganize many values ​​and practices.

TULE announced said it was ready to co-operate with all political forces to stop the stagnation and bickering in Estonian politics.
