The storm that mainly hit Western Estonia on Saturday produced some spectacular wave in Tallinn's Merivälja borough.
Over 10,000 households were still without power on Sunday morning. At the peak of the storm, over 34,000 clients of network operator Elering were forced to go without electricity.
