Putin sends congratulations and good wishes to Kaljulaid

Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent President Kersti Kaljulaid his congratulations on Estonia's Independence Day. Putin wished all of Estonia's residents happiness, prosperity, and all the best, the Russian embassy in Tallinn tweeted on Tuesday.
"President of Russia V. V. Putin sent Kersti Kaljulaid congratulations on the occasion of the national holiday, the Independence Day of the Republic of Estonia, and wished all Estonian residents happiness, prosperity, and all the best," the embassy's tweet read.
In addition to Putin, the Office of the President has so far received the congratulations and good wishes of U.S. President Donald Trump, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Pope Francis, Austrian President Alexander van der Bellen, King Felipe VI of Spain, Emir Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah of Kuweit, Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto, King Willem Alexander of the Netherlands, and South Korean President Moon Jae-in.
