A 155,395 euro jackpot set the record as the largest unclaimed lotto victory in Estonian history in recent days when its 90-day collection deadline passed.

The Bingo Loto ticket was purchased from an R-Kiosk in Haapsalu. The sum has now been taken back into the coffers of national lottery operator Eesti Loto, reported Postimees.

Eesti Loto recommended that players buy their tickets online, which ensures that smaller winnings are transferred to the player's bank account and that the company can contact the player in case a large sum is won.

When tickets are purchased from lotto terminals, as in this case, Eesti Loto has no information about who bought them.
