Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad arrived today in Estonia to take part in a do-it-yourself nuclear warhead workshop organized by Tallinn’s Ptarmigan Culture Space.

"Why do we have to leave nuclear warhead construction to carefully regulated factories with stringent safety procedures?" asked Ptarmigan's Director of Creative Hemispheres, Lewis McGuffie, at a press conference before the workshop.

President Ahmadinejad told journalists that he was looking forward to polishing his warhead construction skills. “There are so few opportunities like this in the world today,” noted Ahmadinejad, who lamented that “ready-made goods have all but eliminated the DIY spirit from modern consumer society.”

McGuffie said an eight-euro fee would cover basic workshop materials, but participants had been asked to bring their own enriched uranium.
