German hard rockers Rammstein's Tallinn gig scheduled for July has been put back to 2021, as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.

The band has postponed its entire European tour to next year, it recently announced on its social media account.

The concert was dues to take place on July 21 at the Song Festival Grounds.

"All previously scheduled concerts will take place in 2021, and already-purchased tickets will also be valid for the new dates," the band wrote on its social media account, ERR's culture portal reports.

The exact date has not yet been published.

Rammstein has played in Estonia four times in the past, most recently in 2017, again at the Song Festival Grounds.

Other bands to have postponed appearances in Estonia as a result of the pandemic include U.K. heavy metal act Judas Priest.
